Palms, papyrus, and camellias create a vibrant Uptown tropical garden.

This Uptown New Orleans garden transforms a traditional property into a lush, layered retreat that feels both playful and refined. Anchored by palms, camellias, and Japanese maple, the design integrates tropical accents like banana shrub, papyrus, and guava alongside seasonal color and perennial structure. Sasanquas, hydrangeas, and bamboo add depth and privacy, while ferns and groundcovers knit the garden together, creating a vibrant outdoor environment. Through thoughtful landscape design, installation, and maintenance, the space captures the spirit of a contemporary New Orleans garden—rich in texture, character, and year-round appeal.
